Resonus is a puertorican jazz fusion band founded in 2014. For however much technical olipmpic prowess they possess, their music is highlighted by funk grooves and danceble sways. Emphasizing the «fusion» in jazz fusion and not so much the typical jazz stereotypes, there’s moments for everything in Resonus’ music. Moments of heavyness, moments of sonic math, moments of psychedelia, ambient textures, as well as primitive tribal rhythms.
